Lowes loves OMS

Hello friends!
Its that time of year again where school starts and Osceola must become more beautiful, but this year we need your help BIG TIME and fast! Here is a message from David Steffey:

A grant was written last year in hopes of securing funding for continued landscape improvements on Osceola Middle School's campus.  Several weeks ago we learned that we secured a grant for the approximate amount of 2,500.00 (when used in their store the amount is more like 5,000.00).

Lowe's has corporate deadlines and so some of the monies need to be spent very soon.

We are going to have 2 workdays on August 7th and 8th (a Wednesday and Thursday).  Lowe's is sending 2 teams of workers from 2 different Ocala Lowe's to participate.

I/we could use your help. I'm sending this to teachers hoping you have a son, daughter, or yourself (4th grade or higher) and could volunteer any time next Wednesday or Thursday from 8 am until noon.

The Marion County TV channel will be video taping the event to be released in the fall.

I understand this is late notice but this is an important event!  Light landscaping, painting, assembling picnic tables, etc....

Email or call and let me know if you will donate your time to help Beautify Osceola Middle School.
